The apartment works well for families and groups of friends who want to stay together. The large living room has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa and a wall of shelves with plants. Right next to it, a long wooden dining table seats the whole group.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped. It has a gas stove, a large stainless-steel refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and all the cooking basics. As a result, you can cook proper meals instead of eating out every night.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed and air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes give you plenty of storage. In addition, several windows look out over the green hillside behind the building. Bedroom 3 is the suite, with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and its own bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is small and sits next to the kitchen. It has a single bed, a desk and a fan, but no air conditioning, so it suits a teenager or a short stay best. Overall, the apartment has three bathrooms, so guests rarely have to wait.

Location in Ipanema

Rua Barão da Torre runs one block behind Rua Visconde de Pirajá, the main shopping street of Ipanema. Moreover, the General Osório metro station and the square where the Sunday Hippie Fair takes place are close by. Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets are all within a few minutes on foot.

Price and House Rules

Prices start at R$ 1,500 per night, with a small surcharge on Fridays and Saturdays. However, the apartment takes no more than seven guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
