With a degree in Applied Foreign Languages for Business and a Master’s in Management, he built his career at the intersection of international business, branding, and client experience.
His background includes experience as a Business Developer between Brazil, China, and the UAE, as well as key marketing roles in international environments, from real estate to global media and institutional projects. During his first experience in luxury real estate marketing in Rio de Janeiro, he stood out by exceeding all performance targets, achieving record SEO results, and later leading the marketing team.
Multilingual and culturally agile, Achille now serves as Marketing Director at Oabitat, leveraging his international experience to elevate brand positioning and attract a global clientele.

He studied International Business at Maastricht University of applied sciences, building a solid foundation in finance, strategy, and international transactions.
After relocating to Rio de Janeiro, he gained firsthand experience with the complexities of acquiring real estate in Brazil, particularly from an international investor’s perspective. This insight led him to establish a more structured and transparent approach to property transactions for foreign clients.
As Founder and CEO of Oabitat, David focuses on sourcing high-quality real estate opportunities and facilitating efficient, secure transactions. He combines his international expertise with in-depth local market knowledge to support clients in identifying and acquiring property in Rio de Janeiro, both for personal use and investment purposes.

His work across more than 20 countries, covering Brazil, China, Japan, South Africa, Russia, India and others, has given him a deep understanding of diverse markets, cross-cultural dynamics, and the drive for pragmatic solutions in rapidly evolving environments. After some years as CFO of an industrial company, he now supports businesses with his expertise.
