French and passionate about football and Rio de Janeiro, Achille brings years of experience in the international luxury real estate market. After starting his career in marketing, he specialized in high-end brokerage, combining professional expertise with impeccable attention to detail. With a degree in Applied Foreign Languages for Business and a Master’s in Management, Achille is dedicated to finding exclusive properties and making the dream of living in the Cidade Maravilhosa a reality.
David Schielke
CEO
Born in Germany, David spent his early years in Europe. However, he always felt drawn to something beyond — a place where life could be lived with more warmth, freedom, and authenticity. During university and time abroad, he discovered Rio de Janeiro. As a result, he fell in love with the city’s unique energy, beauty, and Brazilian way of life.
Having personally experienced the challenges and bureaucracy of buying property in a foreign country, he decided to turn those experiences into a mission. Therefore, he works to make it easier for others to find their own piece of paradise in Rio.
